Acne Diet Tips Through Healthy Digestion
The skin is a major organ of elimination. In other words, it helps to rid your body of the toxins and harmful substances that you are exposed to or consume everyday from processed foods, additives, chemicals, pesticides, medicines, the air, products, and so on.
Quite often our body is OVERLOADED with toxins and they’re being released through your skin.
An acne diet along with a good topical acne product is the most effective way to get rid of acne permanently and safely. Your acne diet should include anything that’s grown from the ground as it is alive (plants, fruits, vegetables), just like you are. To stay alive and healthy, you need these “living” foods. Processed foods, junk foods, alcohol, sugar, soda, and much of everything else most people consume, are all “dead”. And consuming them ultimately brings you closer to disease.
Living food is natural fuel for your body. If you provide this source of life to your body, it has the ability to heal itself from every condition, including acne. The human body naturally strives for perfection and it can achieve this goal as long as you supply the correct fuels (living foods).
An equation that I’ve come up with to help you better understand the importance of an acne diet:
Modern diet + modern medicine + modern products = extreme toxic overload
In response to eating mainly cooked and refined foods (dead foods), the body produces unhealthy mucus and becomes increasingly acidic. Excess acidity is very common and it eventually leads to decay and disease. The body operates normally within a very fine PH range and outside of this many essential functions become compromised. An acne diet will help regulate the balance.
When your digestive system can’t clear away all the toxins you feed it, your intestines become impacted with waste and bad bacteria. Your digestive system becomes like a hazardous waste site where bad bacteria thrive off the decaying toxic materials. This toxic filth eventually leaks into your bloodstream and gets circulated around your whole body.

An Acne detox all starts with cleansing the colon (large intestine)
When the colon becomes toxic itself from by-products of chemicals in foods and poor digestion, fermentation, and rotting food, greater amounts of these toxins enter into the blood stream. Now it is the job of the liver and kidneys to clean these toxins out of the blood.
Followed by the Liver, Kidneys & Lymph
When the liver or kidneys cannot keep up with the toxic load, the skin will serve as an organ of elimination. As these toxins leave the body through the skin, a variety of problems or ‘disease’ states like acne often appear.
Then the Immune System
Now that the colon is impacted with waste material and toxins, the blood is impure, and the liver and kidneys can’t keep up with the cleaning process, the entire body becomes weaker and weaker. Immune function is compromised and you become susceptible to all kinds of immune disorders. Your body’s natural defenses are comprised and bacteria are viruses that wouldn’t normally cause any problems at all, suddenly become a major problem.
Did you know? The digestive tract is the hub of our entire body – all organs, glands, even our brain, heart, and cells are totally dependent upon a properly functioning digestive system. Although the digestive system is inside the body, you could think of it actually being outside the body. It runs from the mouth to the anus and acts as a barrier between the real internal terrian of your body. When working properly, it processed food and absorbs the nutrients the body needs and allows everything else to pass through for elimanation.

Most people today have polluted their digestive tract with unimaginable filth. When digestion is off, even good food can become toxic. As long as this filth remains within, our body grows weaker and we become more and more prone towards health problems such as acne.
